  The matric and inter results for the year 2021 has been postponed by the Punjab Boards. The schedule of result has been postponed because the promotion policy has not yet been finalized. Earlier the government has decided to pass all students of matric and inter due to COVID-19. It has been decided that all students who will not attain 33% marks will be given passing marks due to COVID-19. But the promotion policy of students is not finalized by cabinet and the result of Matric and Inter has been postponed in Punjab. Previous Result Schedule According to the previous schedule the result of 12th class was expected to announce on 30th  September 2021. And the result of 10th class was expected to announced on 16th October 2021. Now the result of both matric and inter have been postponed. Expected Result Date Now the result of matric and inter will be announced when the promotion policy will be finalized by cabinet.

   کا 16  ستمبر سے سکولز 50 فیصد حاضری کے ساتھ کھولنے کا فیصلہ   NCOC این سی او سی کے چیئرمین نے اعلان کیا کہ این سی او سی نے اس سے قبل ملک بھر کے 24 اضلاع پر سخت پابندیاں عائد کی  تھیں۔ ان میں سے صرف چھ اضلاع میں سخت پابندیاں عائد کی جائیں گی جبکہ باقی کو نرمی کی اجازت دی گئی ہے۔  ان 6 اضلاع میں لاہور ، فیصل آباد، ملتان ، سرگودھا ، گجرات اور بنوں شامل ہیں ان میں سکول 22 ستمبر تک بند رہیں گے۔ وزیر نے کہا کہ ان 6 اضلاع میں بھی حکومت نے کچھ پابندیاں ختم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ "پہلے ان اضلاع میں نقل و حمل پر      مکمل طور پر پابندی عائد تھی۔ اب بسیں ان 6  اضلاع 50   فیصد گنجائش کے ساتھ نقل حمل کر سکتی ہیں۔ جبکہ باقی کے 16 اضلاع میں سکولز 16  ستمبر سے 50  فیصد حاضری ک ساتھ کھلیں گے۔

Schools in Punjab shall remain closed from 1st July 2021 to 1st August 2021.   Today the meeting of Provisional Education Ministers was held under Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood. Provisional Education Ministers also participated in the meeting.  This meeting was held to make a decision regarding matric and inter exams 2021. In the inter provisional education ministers today, it is decided that matric and inter exams will be conducted after July 10 instead of June 26. Exams will be conducted in two phases. In the 1st phase exams of 10 and 12 classes will be conducted after July 10. In the 2nd phase exams of 9 and 11 classes will be conducted. Today (May 26, 2021), the schedule of all matric and inter exams has been announced by the Higher Education Department (HED) in Punjab. According to HED all board exams in Punjab will start on June 26, 2021. According to the proposed schedule by Punjab Higher Education Department, exams of Inter Part 2 (Grade 12) will start first. Exams of Grade12 will start on June 26, 2021 , in Punjab. Exams of the Grade 10 class will start after 15 days of inter part 2 exams, in Punjab.   NCOC decided to Reopen Education Institutions The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) announced that all educational institutions will be reopened gradually from May 24 to June 7. Today in Islamabad the meeting of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) was held under chief of NCOC Asad Umer.  It is decided in the meeting that educational institutions will be reopened from May 24, 2021 , in those districts where the ratio of COVID-19 cases is less than 5%.   Educational Institutions will Remain Closed till May 23 As coronavirus cases are increasing drastically day by day in Pakistan so National Command and Operating Center (NCOC) have announced that all educational institutions will remain closed till May 23, 2021 . The decision is made due to an increase in coronavirus cases. According to NCOC, the review will be carried out on May 18, 2021, and a new decision will be made according to the conditions of the country. Before this, it was decided that all educational institutions will remain closed till May 17, 2021. But now holidays are increased by 7 days and educational institutions will remain closed till May 23, 2021.
