  Educational Institutions will Remain Closed till May 23 As coronavirus cases are increasing drastically day by day in Pakistan so National Command and Operating Center (NCOC) have announced that all educational institutions will remain closed till May 23, 2021 . The decision is made due to an increase in coronavirus cases. According to NCOC, the review will be carried out on May 18, 2021, and a new decision will be made according to the conditions of the country. Before this, it was decided that all educational institutions will remain closed till May 17, 2021. But now holidays are increased by 7 days and educational institutions will remain closed till May 23, 2021. Before this, on 25 April a meeting was held of NCOC under Educational Minister Shafqat Mahmood and it was decided to close all educational institutions in Pakistan.

  All Private, Public Schools and Colleges closed in Pakistan Education Minister of Punjab Murad Raas issued a notification that all public & private schools and colleges will be closed immediately from Monday, 26 April 2021 in the following districts of Pakistan. Classes of 9,10,11 and 12 will also remain closed from Monday, 26 April 2021. The notification issued because COVID-19 cases increasing day by day in Pakistan and this virus is also affecting the children's, so the government of Pakistan decided to close schools and colleges in Pakistan. Schools closed in 4 more districts of Punjab As the number of coronavirus cases is increasing day by day in the third wave of coronavirus and children are also being affected by this virus, the Education Minister of Punjab Murad Raas announced to close all private and government schools in districts of Okara, Jhang, Khanewal & Bhakkar. All Public and Private Schools in the following Districts are closed with immediate effect due to the rise in COVID 19 cases. These Districts are in addition to the Districts announced on April 6th, 2021 which are Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Multan, Bhawalpur, Sialkot, Sargodha, Faisalabad, TT Singh, RYK, DG Khan, and Sheikupura. In all other Districts, Educational institutions will remain open as per schedule under SOPs.
